Claes Levin 

Mr. Levin, a Swedish citizen, was born in 1945. He is educated in law and holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Lund. From 1971-1980 Mr. Levin held various executive positions at SEB. Thereafter Mr. Levin performed his duties as CEO of numerous stock exchange listed companies; Diligentia AB 1980-83, Reinhold-koncernen 1983-85 and Platzer Bygg AB 1986-98. Currently, Mr. Levin is chairman of the board at Enaco AB, SH-Byggg AB, and Wiking Mineral AB. He is also a board member at West Siberia Resources Ltd, Öhman Fondkommission AB, Alokton AB and International Gold Exploration. Mr. Levin is also chairman of the Tax Payer's Association.

Robert Mesterton

Mr. Mesterton, a Swedish citizen, was born in 1945 and held numerous executive positions at Skandia. Throughout 1977-2004 Mr. Mestorton acted as CEO within the following companies: Oriflame, Parks & Resorts (Gröna Lunds Tivoli & Kolmårdens Djurpark), Malmros International AB, Citadellet, and Kramo AB (latter three companies are all exchange listed). Mr. Mesterton has even led Jean Sorelle Ltd (London Stock Exchange) as CEO. Presently, Mr. Mesterton is both leading chairman and acting member of the board of directors within a number of corporations.

Pontus Frohde

Mr. Frohde, a Swedish citizen, was born in 1970 and holds a B.A. degree in economics. From 1994-2005 Frohde was employed at Microsoft. During the latter 7 years at Microsoft, Mr. Frohde held various executive positions within the International Sales Division at its Seattle headquarters. He was responsible for spearheading and growing their Small Business Online Service in ten countries. Before coming to Microsoft headquarters, Mr. Frohde spent four years in various consumer roles at Microsoft's Nordic Office in Stockholm. Today, Pontus Frohde is the sales and marketing director at Pan Vision Distribution, the Nordic region's largest game and film distributor.
