Does Newsletter Studio have multi-user support?

Yes, Newsletter Studio comes with multi-user support. Saving Newsletters and Mailing Lists on a common file server, allows multiple users to access the files. Newsletter Studio controls the access of the files and makes sure that a file can not be edited by more than one person at a time.

How does Newsletter Studio handle recipients that do not wish to recieve any more newsletters?

Newsletter Studio has built-in functionality for automatic unsubscription via a link in the newsletter. Also, recipients can be deactivated manually or when importing.

How are non-valid email addresses handled?

Non-valid email addresses are filtered already when importing recipients to your newsletter. Also email bounces (emails not properly delivered to the recipient email address) are handle by displaying this in the recipient list.

The newsletter is produced in HTML. What knowledge is required within that area?

No HTML skills are needed for creating a newsletter in Newsletter Studio. Newsletter Studio features a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor for designing the newsletter. Newsletter automatically generates the HTML-code needed for the email.
