Box Properties

Through this dialog the properties for a box can be viewed and modified.

Type & Size tab

In line with text

The box will be positioned in line with the text in the document.

Wrapping style

The wrapping style can be set to default, Left or Right.

Force to new line

Forces the box to start on a new line on the web page.

Free floating

With this property set the box it can be moved around freely when designing the layout. In edit mode click on the box and position it wherever you want on the layout or enter the desired position with the X, Y and Z coordinates.

Width

Specifies the width of the box in pixels or percent of available space.

Height

Specifies the height of the box in pixels.

Overflow style

Specifies how a box with fixed size should handle content which cannot fit into the box. Available settings are Default, Clip excess content, Scroller (if needed) and Scroller (always).

Layout tab

Alignment Settings

The horizontal alignment for the box can be set to Left, Right, Center or Justify.

Margin Settings

Margin settings for the box can be made individually for top, bottom left and right.

Padding Settings

Padding settings for the box can be made individually for top, bottom left and right.

Background & Borders tab

Background color

The background color of the box can be selected through the Color Picker which will appear when clicking on the square.

Background Image

A background image can be selcted for the box. By clicking the "Select"-button the Select Resource Type dialog will be displayed.

Tiling

This setting determines if and how to repeat the image in the background. Possible settings for this property are: Default, No tiling, Horizontal, Vertical and Both.

Pos Horizontal and Pos Vertical

Sets the horizontal and vertical positioning of the image on the background.

Border

Threre are a lot of different setting for the borders of the box. The top, bottom left and right borders can be set individually in color width and appearence.
