Document Groups


The dialog below allows you to create groups of documents which can be used for building intricate menus containing documents from different parts of you content structure.

 

Add

Adds a new document group to the list.

Remove

Removes the selected document group from the list.

Rename

This button allows you to rename a document group.

Organize Selected Document Group

This button opens the Document Group Member dialog from where you can manage which documents are included in the document group.

 

Add

To add documents to the group click "Add" and select the document from the Select Document dialog that will be displayed.

 

Remove

Removes the selected document from a group.

Move Up/Move Down

These buttons will move the selected document on step up or down in the list. This can be of use when the list of documents should be used for making menu items and you want them to appear in a certain order.
