Document PropertiesEach document has a set of properties. The properties are viewed or changed in the Document Properties Dialog. Info
TitleThis is the title of the document. It is for example used when creating menus. Short TitleA shorter version of the title, which also can be used in menus etc. DescriptionThis text is for descriptive menus and also for creating meta tags for the html-document created. The meta information is used by search engines when indexing web sites on the internet. EnabledIf the document is not enabled, it will not appear in any menus or search results. Any links to it will also be inactivated. It will however still be available for editing. Searchable*If the document is searchable, it will appear in search results. Include in menusIf checked, the document will appear in menus. Using LayoutFor each document, a layout is associated. The layout determines how the document will be displayed. By changing layout, the document will get a different look according to the design of the layout. Priority.Specifies the priority of a document. FilenameThis is the filename for the file being rendered. This has to be unique, and Site Studio helps you maintaining this. LanguageThe language setting for the project can be overridden in a document by selecting a different language from this list. If "Project Default" is selected, the language specified in the Project Properties Dialog will be used. Lock filename to titleIf checked, the filename for this document will change automatically whenever the title is changed in this dialog. CreatedInformation on when the document was created. Last ModifiedInformation on when the document was last modified. Document IDAn ID for the document. AuthorThe author of the document. Settings
Primary and Secondary IconThese are resourses associated to each document which are used by layouts when rendering document specific information. For example the Primary Icon is used in some descriptive menus. Resource folderThere is a possibility to associate a resource folder to a document. For example, this can be used by a layout to render different images for differnt documents using the same layout. If no folder is selected, the default resource folder is used. Primary and Secondary ColorThese are colors that can be associated to each document and can be changed through the Color Picker when setting document specific colors. Primarily used by layouts. Related documentsThis is a list of documents that should be associated with the current one. This list can for example be used to create menus for the document.
