Insert

Table...

To insert a table on a page select "Table..." from the Insert menu. This will bring up the Insert Table Dialog.

Box...

A Box can be used for design purpouses in Layout mode. To insert a Box in a Layout select "Box..." from the Insert menu. This will bring up the Box Properties dialog.

Image...

To insert an image when editing a document or layout select "Image..." from the Insert menu. This will bring up the Resources Dialog.

To modify the image at a later stage right-click the image and select “Image Properties…” to open the Image Properties Dialog. (Be sure to be in edit mode)

GRE Image...

To insert a dynamic GRE image when editing a document or layout select "GRE Image..." from the Insert menu. This will bring up the Insert GRE image Dialog.

Action (Hyperlink)...

The Action Properties Dialog lets you specify the behaviour of an action (hyperlink).

Bookmark...

To insert a bookmark select "Bookmark..." from the Insert menu. This will bring up the Insert Bookmark Dialog where a name for the bookmark should be entered. The bookmark can be used for making a link directly to the bookmarked position of the document.

Flash Movie...

To insert a flash movie select "Flash Movie..." from the Insert menu. This will bring up the Flash Movie Properties Dialog where all settings for the flash is edited.

Field...

To insert a field when editing a document or layout select "Field..." from the Insert menu. This will bring up the Field Dialog.

Special Character...

To insert a special character when editing a document or layout select "Special Character..." from the Insert menu. This will bring up the Insert Special Character Dialog.

Horizontal rule

Inserts a horizontal rule like the ones dividing the sections on this page.

Component

Inserts a component from the list of components. (Note: Only available in layout view when editing a layout)
