Brings up the Resources Dialog. All external files are managed by the Resources Dialog.

Document Groups...

A document group is used for categorizing documents and can for example be used as a generator for menus. The document groups are managed from the Document Groups Dialog.

Friend Sites...

Brings up the Friends Dialog. Friends are references to other web sites.
