Uploading files (deployment)

When your web site is finished, and you wish to publish it on the internet or on your local network, Site Studio has built-in capabilities to upload (transfer) the necessary files for your final web site to an external server or a network file server.

The upload function also features an intelligent synchronizing mechanism ("smart-sync") which makes sure that only the files necessary are uploaded to your final site when making updates.

Settings for uploading files are made under the deployment tab of the project properties dialog.
